21 agosto 工作以来距离毕业已经一个多月了，但每每看到space主页也还会有些许伤感……
或许需要一篇新日志把那篇回忆顶下去罢…… 工作也快两个月了，债的劳动强度比想象的要大，密集的短周期项目和研究工作总是混杂着压过来。
在各种弱智错误中也渐渐开始适应背法规码文件和凑pitch的工作了。 10年前那个理科老拿奖文科老挂科的小p孩绝对不会想到，最后他竟然会做着看字写字绘图的工作。 我很幸运，遇到了完全与性格相符的公司文化，几乎各方面都完美无缺的领导，以及志同道合才华横溢的同事。
这是一份自己真心喜欢的工作，虽然有些时候也会怀疑这个脑子是不是真适合法规记忆和文字整理，但最终也总能全身心投入其中。 如果这不是一个文科脑子，那就让它演变成一个文科脑子吧。 L3挂掉了，上午不知道怎么回事分数低得离谱——2周的时间并不是不够，只是自己缺了份踏实，浪费了太多认真看书的机会。
看了一起参加入职培训的Jerry兄的blog，很感动也很受用——是的，如果你缺乏了考证的动力，那也就失去了积极乐观奋斗向上的斗志。
就算每天8点下班，不也还有4个小时可以看书么，那些CPACFA律师证保代三级厨师都考过的人，不就是靠着这份斗志么。
入职培训的几天里，试着打了一次球，当时背感觉还行，可第二天起床就又成弯腰<=45度的状态了。
这老腰，一定得找个周末去好好看看了——坚决不搞针灸以及其他任何中医治疗。

 30 novembre ECOmmunity - Orphan School参加了公司的一个谓之ECOmmunity的玩意——其实就是传说中的公益活动——目的是孤儿院。
记忆中参加过的最近的一次公益活动应该是高中去SOS儿童村了——也就只有在那个支书岁月里我才能组织出诸如扫公园扫马路之类的“青年志愿者活动”了…… 现在才发现其他国家都还真挺看重这个——包括Money老大的US黑人，包括我的supervisor AU白人，再包括刚来team的HK黄人，无不对此表现出极高的性质。 难道我真是传说中的坏人？ 篮球场，吉他，小提琴，学英文，黑板白板，花花绿绿的被褥，戴头巾，超薄镜片（我tm才普通镜片）……那些小孩儿，比我想象的，要生活得好太多了。
很活泼很活泼很活泼很活泼，比我在那个年龄段时要活泼太多太多。上课吵吵闹闹，追追打打，完全不怕生——跟我印象中应该低头做人的穷人孩子完全不一样。 我总觉得——总觉得——低龄阶段太过活泼，加上窘困的经济，一般都会造就出一个坏孩子——回头看看幼时一起成长起来的小孩儿，确实也大部分都是这样。 也许是我太偏执——但愿。 在那个孤儿院，我最喜欢的，是一个不会讲话的小女孩，很脏，不合群，怎么也不笑，放一把糖在面前只拿一颗，然后跑很远，不会剥糖纸就整个放嘴里。 我总觉得——总觉得——穷人孩子，就应该安静地低头长大。
26 agosto BP, just some sentiments on business几天前接李某人接CITI某人接某CITY U某人委托委托委托，需要再写bp。
没多想，就觉得也许最近要找实习，所以借这个机会找找鸟语感觉，顺便回顾一下商学常识，就接了。 给了3天时间，第1天从9am到11pm全部献给boss，第2天9am起来看了看大二参加OVAL时做的那个有8p，想想再加7p就行所以CPA去了，6pm回来游戏到11pm再陪lp电话到接近12pm开始工作，研究5分钟老bp后猛然发现完全不行——当年挺自信的玩意儿现在看来不是一般化的弱，估计最多能用2p。于是-_-||了5分钟，约当第三天0am开始奋斗，到3am左右实在不行了，10am左右起来继续，越搞越顺到7pm完全搞定。 看来在重压下我这种人还是可以相当刚猛的…… 而后总结了很多商学的知识，并衍生出颇多感触。
现在的财、金人（包括finance和accounting等等）都比较迷quant, trader, analyst之类的职务，对于商学的东西其实都比较鄙视，觉得空，当然最初自己也不例外。 而后各种偶然必然渠道（大部分是写bp）接触了一些商学，到现在越来越发现这一学科存在的必然性。 也许只有quant能完全撇开商学因为即便用上再复杂的时序或随机过程甚至拓扑学也没有任何一个quant能做宏观模型，这也从侧面反应出模型的局限性。而一些很简易直观的投资都来自最基础的价值分析，在这一过程中商学必不可少。回想CFA L1里的东西，在投资选择上着墨较多的不也都是商学知识么。 当然那些立志做quant的可以完全不管商学，因为时间都花在C++, BS, 微积分上了。 可以讨论…… P.S.虽然打得臭，但最近对WAR3比赛兴趣越来越浓，fly在NGL里太猛了，AV届奇葩，以后就追你了。
刚猛否？只可远观不可亵玩要不必挂……
15 agosto BIZSIM Final原来这个玩意不是China的GMC，所以也不叫CMC；原来这个玩意叫BIZSIM。
4th，高不成低不就。不过总的来说也很不错了，可以自慰性地说是北京第一，本科第一。
HX，总觉得有点对不起马尧，第一天的比赛好不容易才拿到了3rd，可被后两天的比赛给败了；
LY，总算见识了所谓人大第一辩手和第一主持人，四五天的共同生活确实受益匪浅——原来搞笑也是有高低贵贱之分的；
LYY，终于认识到一个多才多艺的成员是多么重要，原来所谓的做秀并不是我所想的那样；
TC，我从来不承认女性也能纯理智思维，你没有推翻我，但动摇了我；
FINO，这个团队里，至少有三个人能炒了我自己担任CEO，或许结果就不光光是4th了，或许就能每人一个DC甚至每人一个本了；
FINO，已经刻在了我的记忆里——高中，我属于B5；大学，我属于FINO。
我厌北大好清华，那是出了名的。
本希望这次拜访北大的旗帜光华，能有所改变，但仍未如愿。
我对整个大赛的组委会和各路老师包括所谓中国咨询第一人，没有任何感觉。我最喜欢的两个老师，两个很普通的助理教授，居然都巧合的是清华人。
12个team，依过往经验来看我一定会喜欢美女最多的team，可这次我真正喜欢的team却是由2个很普通的女生和1个怪怪的男生组成的清华team。
我并没有因为它是清华而喜欢它，只是我往往会突然发现，我所喜欢的东西总是来自清华。
比赛的赞助商——一个叫宏图三胞的很多人没听说过的IT连锁公司，提供N个年薪10-20W的职位。
我以为这只是MBA的地盘，可不经意发现那个拿着20W+甚至40W+的人是个二十来岁毕业三四年的同龄人；发现那个从VC那儿骗来8000W刀的人是个80年代小孩。
我喜欢高薪，源自创业需要钱。我从来不敢幻想VC能给我个N千刀，我只是幻想哪天我能拿着自己的50W，加上从同学银行那儿腐败过来的100W，做点自己的东西。
可能真的到了我做出选择的时候。

 04 giugno CMC Party这段时间一直在玩CMC，这比赛跟GMC相比影响力还太小，但好歹规则明了得多，没那么玄乎……
昨天去清华跟一群玩这比赛的人吃了饭，感触颇多…… 进复赛的队伍里，人大的队竟然就只有一支了。
后排左三清华计算机的问我：你们人大那么多搞经管的，怎么就你们一支队了啊？
无言以对……
确实，我承认，这比赛影响力不大，人大的兄弟都看不太上……
前排左一左二两个清华大一工程物理的，才大一啊，前途无量，没有模板，硬是靠手算，拿到了赛区第三，几乎差那么一点就能打进复赛。
很喜欢前排左二那哥们儿，看起来老实巴交，说话很小声，典型的清华男生。工程物理啊，跟核打交道的，大学四年学的东西，不管将来做国防还是做能源，都是能够真正报效祖国的……安静，不张扬，静静地做一些事情，推动了社会的发展。
即使是后排左二左三两个稍微话多点的女生，也能静下来在研究院做些东西……物理和计算机，那种研究，是真的研究。
清华之所以能走到今天，靠的就是这种精神。
北邮北科和北大的兄弟姐妹，学的是经管，但没有任何经管人的张扬风格……
在一个理工氛围浓厚的学校，经管才是真正的经管……看一些数字，算一些数字，写一些数字，唯独不说话……不浮躁……
人大，搞人文社会科学的……哈……那些教授副教授，每天就在讲台上扯来扯去，吹来吹去……
我所在的寝室，好几个从小县市走出来的学生，大一刚来时，羞涩，话少，做多事……
被一群人大的老师熏陶后，完全地成长起来了，话多，敢于与大家交流，受到所有人的欢迎……
我不知道这是好事还是坏事……
一方水土，真的养一方人。
人大，乐于提起自己六七十年代的辉煌，乐于提起自己在金融业的辉煌。
六七十年代的人大，走进了最优秀的生源，他们毕业后从政，走到今天，应该是政治的黄金年龄了。可我没看到有人走到了政治局，除了一个以搞笑见长的李鹏。
金融业，中国的商业银行，乌烟瘴气，莫名其妙，烂摊子……
人大，是不是真的哪个地方搞错了？

22 dicembre 2 months' HP internship is over2 months' HP internship is over, have learnt much more than what I supposed to.
1st time play as a leader in such a formal & professional internship, and it's totally easy, which is quite different from my past idea about that.
It's really because of my excellent PPT making and my excellent presentation(I'm not boasting), we got the 1st prize (so did Tsinghua University), which means we beat Peking University, University of International Business&Economics, etc, the only thing I wanted to do is beating UIBE, the undergraduate from which always beat me in interviews just because thier excellent spoken English!!! I really hate that. And luckily, I got it successfully.
The pirze is a "FU WA" toy (with fish on her head, I can just make certain she's not JingJing, and I don't care any other ones just because they don't have the name "JingJing", which is same as my GF's nick name), a bag with a "HP" logo on it, and certificate.

  29 maggio Failed in the interview of OVALGot a message on May 16th that I had Passed the preliminary examination of OVAL successfully. Then, May 22th, I failed in the interview. I was lotted in a group with a graduate from Peking University and a junior from University of International Business and Economics. Then everything went normally, they beat me, and I've no moans. I issued this today all because that I really had no more time last week, I must finish my article on international economics, and fortunately it just took me 2 days. Em, seems no more interesting things. The main content of this plan is to set up an amusement center, the name of which is "Family Amusement Center", it offers services as "Video Shooting", "Artistic Photography", "Calligraphy & Traditional Chinese Painting" and "Children Amusement Club". The financial highlights is so terrible that I have used three calculators. Ha, I'll pass preliminary contest easily. |
